Second Annual Porch Sale!

MCH Furniture Restoration is proud to be hosting its Second Annual Porch Sale this Saturday October 21st from 9am to 4pm. This is your chance to see and touch my vintage furniture rescue projects in person!  I have saved a lot of quality furniture from heading to the landfill, and lovingly restored them, ready for their next home – will it be yours?

Buying vintage furniture from me is an exceedingly affordable and green alternative for your furniture needs. Why?  

(1) Vintage furniture usually used much better quality construction methods and solid old growth hardwood materials than you will find in new furniture for sale;

(2) My prices are a much better value, since my costs are low as a small (one-person) business with no store front, with a core mission to rescue furniture and get it back in circulation for future generations; and

(3) You are helping our environment by reusing/recycling existing furniture rather than consuming additional energy and resources by buying new.

All my current stock will be on display for sale outside, under cover from any possible rain on my front porch and under small pop-up tents for your convenience and safety. In addition to what’s posted on Instagram I will have new vintage pieces you’ve never seen, including: dining tables; coffee tables; two china cabinets/coffee bars/hutches, several authentic Antiques including a mahogany buffet; Wine stand; a Savonarola chair; mirrors, and more…

FYI there is also a Multi-Family Yard Sale from 9am-2pm around the corner at the intersection or Albany and Baltimore Aves (locals call it Triangle Park).
